How Much Does Epitalon Cost per Month?

How much does epitalon cost per month?

Quick answer

Epitalon costs about $150 to $199 for one month from US online clinics, or $130 to $179 a month if you pay for three months up front. At AnthologyRX, the epitalon price covers the clinician review, the compounded medicine if prescribed, shipping and follow-up messages. Epitalon is not FDA approved, its human evidence is thin, and FDA says it lacks the information to know whether epitalon would cause harm.

Key takeaways

  • Epitalon costs $150 to $199 for one month from US online clinics, or $130 to $179 a month on a three-month plan, which adds up to about $1,560 to $2,388 a year.
  • When women took epitalon under the tongue for 20 days, a melatonin marker in their urine went up, but nobody checked whether they slept better or felt better.
  • The idea that epitalon lengthens telomeres, the protective caps on your chromosomes, comes from cells in a lab dish, so it does not show that epitalon slows aging in a woman.
  • Epitalon is not FDA approved, and FDA says it lacks the information to know whether epitalon would cause harm, especially as an injection.
  • Hot or Nothing does not sell epitalon, but your clinical team can prescribe bioidentical estrogen, or NAD+, ipamorelin, CJC-1295 or MOTS-c for energy and aging, if one fits your goal and your history.

Epitalon from US online clinics costs about $150 to $199 for one month, or $130 to $179 a month if you pay for three months up front. At AnthologyRX, that price covers the clinician review, the compounded medicine if prescribed and shipping. The peptide itself has thin human evidence. Its main study measured a melatonin marker in 75 women, not whether they slept better, and FDA says it lacks the information to know whether epitalon would cause harm.

What do online clinics charge for epitalon?

Two US telehealth clinics show the range.

Clinic One month Three months Monthly equivalent What's included
Kove RX $150 $390 $130 on the three-month plan Listed as a 2 mg vial
AnthologyRX $199, billed monthly (5 mL) $537, billed every three months (15 mL) $179 on the three-month plan, with a three-month commitment 2 mg/mL injection, clinician review, the medicine if prescribed, pharmacy, shipping and follow-up messages

AnthologyRX mentions a first-order discount for eligible orders, but it lowers only the first order. Renewals go back to the standard price. Kove RX's page says its plans are HSA and FSA eligible, so check with your own plan before you count on that.

Over a year, those prices come to about $1,560 at Kove RX's three-month rate and $2,388 at AnthologyRX's monthly price. Weigh that against what the research shows.

What does the research show epitalon does in people?

The main human study is small. In a study of 75 women, women who took 0.5 mg of epitalon under the tongue every day for 20 days had 1.6 times more of a melatonin breakdown product in their urine than women on placebo.

The women were night-shift workers aged 40 to 59. The study measured a body marker. It did not measure whether they slept better or felt better. A 2026 review notes that a second report on what looks like the same group is not an independent repeat of the result. The same review says no properly sized randomized trial has shown that epitalon improves a health outcome in people.

You may have heard that epitalon lengthens telomeres, the protective caps on your chromosomes. That claim comes from human cells grown in a lab, where telomeres grew 33.3% on average. Longer telomeres in a dish do not show that aging slows in a woman. The delivery is different too. The women in the study took epitalon under the tongue, while the clinics above sell it as an injection.

Is epitalon safe and FDA approved?

Epitalon is not FDA approved. FDA could consider it for use by compounding pharmacies, but that would not make it an approved drug.

FDA's 2026 review, described in the same narrative review, found too little data to show epitalon is safe in people, especially as an injection under the skin. It also found no data on how the body processes it.

FDA has also warned that compounded epitalon may trigger an immune reaction when given by some routes, because the peptide can clump and carry impurities. In FDA's words, it "lacks sufficient information to know whether the drug would cause harm if administered to humans."

A 2025 review found that safety information is missing from the epitalon studies. It says short- and long-term toxicity testing, including cancer risk and drug interactions, still needs to be done.

What can I take for sleep and energy instead of epitalon?

Epitalon comes up when people are tired and sleeping badly. One person on Reddit wrote: "I am sleepy 24/7 and I can't seem to sleep through the night most nights." Epitalon was one of five things people told them to try.

In menopause forums, some women say hormones changed their nights. One wrote: "the estrogen patch and oral progesterone eliminated my insomnia and greatly reduced (although did not eliminate) both anxiety and panic attacks." For her, that combination ended the insomnia.

Another woman, 50, said 100 mg of progesterone "worked pretty well for two months," before "those horrible 3am wake ups" came back. Getting sleep right can take some adjusting, so tell your clinical team what you have tried.

Hot or Nothing does not sell epitalon. Our clinical team can prescribe bioidentical estrogen, or NAD+, ipamorelin, CJC-1295 or MOTS-c for energy and aging, if one fits your goal and your history.

You might be about to spend $1,560 to $2,388 a year chasing better sleep and more energy. Take the quiz first. Your clinical team will look at your goal, your hormones and your history, and see which plan fits.

FAQ

Is epitalon HSA or FSA eligible?

It depends on the clinic and on your own plan. Kove RX's page says its epitalon plans are HSA and FSA eligible. Check with your own HSA or FSA plan before you count on that.

Can you get epitalon without a prescription?

Not from the US telehealth clinics covered here, which have a clinician review your health history before epitalon is prescribed. At AnthologyRX, a licensed compounding pharmacy then prepares it to your prescription. AnthologyRX points out that FDA has found products sold as research chemicals under false labels, and that testing has found wide variation in purity and in how much of the peptide is in the vial.

Epitalon vs melatonin for sleep

Nobody has shown that epitalon helps women sleep better. When women took epitalon under the tongue for 20 days, a melatonin marker in their urine went up, but their sleep was not measured. A 2026 review warns that what melatonin does in the body should not be read as proof that epitalon does the same thing. If sleep is your goal, tell your clinical team what you have tried.

Does epitalon lengthen telomeres in humans?

That has not been shown in people. Telomeres, the protective caps on your chromosomes, got longer in human cells grown in a lab after epitalon exposure. Longer telomeres in a dish do not show that aging slows in a woman, and the clinics sell epitalon as an injection rather than the under-the-tongue form used in women.
